Customer Care Representative
Be the friendly voice our customers count on. Support customers by phone, email, and in person with billing, account questions, service requests, and scheduling — providing clear, reliable service every day.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers by phone, email, in person, and online with professionalism and care
- Answer service and billing questions, process payments, and handle account and service changes
- Schedule installs and repairs and initiate service inquiries as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions in billing and account systems
- Promote and explain services to new and existing customers when appropriate
- Communicate proactively with customers during outages or service interruptions
- Identify issues, escalate when necessary, and share feedback with internal teams
- Maintain compliance with CPNI, privacy standards, and company policies
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Participate in training and perform other related duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Skilld using computers and learning new software tools
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Pay range: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.
