Customer Care Representative
Be the first point of contact for customers — answer questions, schedule installs or repairs, assist with billing or service changes, and ensure a great experience at every interaction.
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers — phone, email, and walk-ins
- Answer questions, provide accurate information, and assist with billing or account updates
- Schedule service installs or repairs and document all customer interactions in our systems
- Help customers understand available services (fiber, fixed wireless, TV, security cameras, etc.)
- Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience/qualifications
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift; occasional overtime during peak demand

Summary: Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering questions, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in-person, and online channels
- Document interactions in billing/account systems and initiate service requests
- Assist with billing, payments, account changes, service upgrades, and credit checks
- Promote and sell services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate proactively with customers during outages or service issues
- Maintain customer privacy and follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, office software)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license; occasional local travel as needed
Work Environment: Office setting; business casual; primarily computer/desk-based work.

IT Managed Services Technician
Support business clients with troubleshooting, installs, provisioning, documentation, and system upgrades across networks, servers, endpoints, and VoIP.

- Maintain internal IT infrastructure including PBX and network devices

Position Summary: The Managed Services Technician supports internal teams and external clients by delivering high-quality IT solutions, troubleshooting, and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support (phone/remote/on-site)
- Troubleshooting and break/fix repair
- Provision/configure MSP equipment (routers, switches, servers, endpoints)
- Route/install cabling to company and safety standards
- Train clients and document environments
- Monitor internal IT infrastructure & PBX
- Maintain/upgrade company devices
- Communicate product/service change orders
- Follow cybersecurity and safe-work practices
- Participate in ongoing training/certifications
Qualifications: 3+ yrs IT support, valid driver’s license, troubleshooting skills, experience with networking/cybersecurity basics, familiarity with Windows/Linux/VoIP preferred.
