Internet Terms & Conditions
1. Service Level Limits.
Each Service Tier has a Maximum Throughput Rate or other characteristics. These service limits are set in place by the Provider and are not guaranteed unless an additional Service Level Agreement (SLA) is in place.
2. Throughput Rates.
The Throughput Rate will be tested to the Customer premise. Customer acknowledges that they may not receive maximum throughput speeds at certain times. The Throughput Rate you experience at any time will be affected by a number of factors, including the nature of the Internet and its protocols, Provider facilities, the bandwidth devoted to the carriage of protocol and network information, the condition and configuration of Provider Equipment or Customer-Owned Equipment at the location, whether an in-home Wi-Fi network (which can significantly limit the Throughput Rate obtained by devices attached to it) is used, our use of data volume and congestion on the Provider network and the Internet, the time of day when using the Service, and the performance of the website servers trying to accessed.
3. Transmissions.
If material is sent or posted through the Service provided, the Customer is responsible for the material and confirms that they have all necessary rights to do so. Customer additional grants the Provider all rights needed to complete the transmissions or posting. If it is determined that the transmission or posting violates policies outlined in this agreement, the Provider may, at its discretion, delete the materials, block access to them, or cancel the Customer’s account.
4. Addresses.
Use of the Service does not provide any ownership or other rights in any Internet Protocol, email or Internet addresses that may be provided to the Customer as part of the Services. Upon termination of your Service account, the Provider reserves the right to permanently delete or remove any or all addresses associated with such account.
