If your business has an active internet connection, we can do multiple things, provided we set up and maintain your equipment as a provider.
With the permission of our clients and a few clicks, we can access our customer’s computers, networking equipment, and miscellaneous items such as printers and VOIP phones remotely.
Remote support is the quickest and most convenient way to provide that support so our clients can focus on what they do best- operating their business.
Remote support, however, can’t fix everything, and sometimes equipment does require physical intervention. If necessary, our technicians are glad to come to your location and see what issues you’re experiencing or any ways technology can improve operations.
With many businesses, your whole communication scheme relies on the internet and the equipment that provides a connection, such as routers and switches. If any of these go down for whatever reason, they can be unreachable, and thus, requires a tech to go out and either reset or replace the equipment.
To avoid this, it’s important for technicians to do “wellness” checks on businesses. Being proactive rather than reactive is important because we know how the equipment is supposed to operate.
If the end users report problems with the equipment or infrastructure, we investigate it and see what the equipment reports. If necessary, we can replace the equipment before it becomes a major problem and prevent problems from popping up.
Overall, when you talk to a managed service technician, you can expect the same customer service you would get from a customer service rep, while also talking with someone who knows the ins and out of your setup, and someone who has good insight on things technology related!
