How it typically works
You reserve your installation and we verify if fiber is live at your address or in an active build zone.
Our crews place fiber along your road, complete splicing, and prepare drops from the main line to each home or building.
Once service is ready, we contact you to schedule an appointment. A technician installs equipment, tests your connection, and answers questions.
You’ll have a reliable, local fiber connection with symmetrical speeds, no contracts, and friendly support.
Timing varies by project area, weather, permitting, and construction conditions. We’ll provide estimates and updates as your area moves through each phase.

You can still reach out. In many cases we can serve nearby homes and driveways along these routes, or let you know if there’s a planned phase coming to your area.
Is there an installation fee?
Installation fees and promotions can vary by project area and timeframe. When you inquire, we’ll confirm any current install fees or specials before you decide.
How are install dates scheduled?
Installs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once fiber is ready in your area. Reserving early helps you secure an earlier appointment window.
