What is Auto Pay?
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is our autopay option allows you to use your debit/credit card or the information from your bank account to make payments. The electronic funds transfer takes place on the 18th of each month. If the 18th falls on a weekend date or holiday, the automatic payment will be processed on the following business day. This allows you the peace of mind of knowing you will not get behind on your bill or receive a late fee. We comply with all PCI compliance measures and best industry practices. Our customers’ privacy is their right and our duty.

How do I set up Auto Pay?
You can set up automatic payments for your account using your SmartHub account any time, any day or by calling us 877-745-4646 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

How do I sign up for paperless billing?
Save $2 each month by switching from a paper bill to paperless!
To activate paperless billing using your registered SmartHub Account:Using the SmartHub Web Portal:
Log in*
In the Paperless pop-up notification, select "Yes"
Click "Submit"
*If you are not receiving the Paperless pop-up notification, Log Out of SmartHub by clicking "Log Out" in the top right of the screen. Next, proceed with the SmartHub Web Portal steps above.
Using the SmartHub App:
Sign in**
In the Paperless pop-up window, ensure the "Activate Paperless Billing" toggle switch is toggled to the right
Click "Save"
**If you are not receiving the Paperless pop-up window, Sign Out of the SmartHub app by tapping More in bottom right of the menu. Tap Settings. Tap "Sign Out" in the top right. Tap "OK." Next, proceed with the SmartHub App steps above.
